Credit Trading/Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deep dive in credit analysis works for companies involving in restructuring and event driven situations, including working with financial models, projections of cash flows and analyzing on/off balance sheet numbers
• Involve in high yield credit trading in both offshore and onshore China markets
• Closely monitor market trends and development in the China credit market and keep track on changes on regulation and government policies
• Spot out investment or trading opportunities for the desk
• Work closely with other members of the Convertible Bond desk on names that overlap in both markets

Requirements

• Degree holder in finance or relevant discipline
• At least 3-5 years solid credit analysis experience
• Holder of Chartered Financial Analyst preferred
• Good understanding of high yield credits in both offshore and onshore China markets
• Well-versed in building financial models and working with financial data
• Detail-oriented and a team player who is proactive and independent
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
