Job Description:

• Produce and analyse management information as required, ensure that it is timely and accurate and meets business requirements, in order to ensure that effective decisions are made.
• The construction of detailed financial models to evaluate opportunities, analyse transactions, perform sensitivities, calculate performance ratios and value companies.
• Draft strategy and structure reports and contribute to the research process.
• Provide transactional support in completing transactions, i.e. financial modelling, documentation, valuation reports, call reports, memorandums etc.
• Assist in monitoring and analysing portfolio companies’ budgets, financial and operational guidelines, capital expenditure programmes, taxation issues, litigation, restructurings, reorganizations and other areas within portfolio management.
• Any other financial analyses and/or management support as directed.

Requirement:

• Part or fully qualified chartered financial analyst (CFA) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
