Position Description:
We are looking to hire a seasoned trading technology and electronic market structure expert to bring outsized positive impact and stand-out value to the team. The candidate must have multiple proven successes in the electronic trading and order management space spanning Rates, FX and Equities and be familiar with their workflows, pricing mechanics and appropriate applications.
In this role you will be partnering with senior stakeholders and developers across the organization designing and implementing a wide variety business focused solutions, developing improvements for existing applications and participating in support. Our technology stack includes Java, Python, KDB/Q, C# / WPF, Angular8, AMPS and Oracle PL/SQL. We operate an agile development process. Our tools include git, jira, quickbuild and gitlab.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and analyze new and existing applications features
- Design, develop, test and deploy new platforms and capabilities
- Program clear, structured, code following best practices with test cases
- Work with domain users and leads to forge productive relationships across technology and trading
- Build out and integration into electronic trading workflows
Position Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent experience
- 15+ years of professional software development and market structure knowledge
- 10+ years of directly relevant trading system experience including quant & systematic
- KDB/Q and Python an advantage
