Our Client is a young and growing Swiss M&A Boutique. In order to scale-up and prepare our Pan-European development, they are planning to establish the M&A Analyst Hub in Portugal

• Market Analysis, Client pitches preparation and Mandate contracts preparation;
• Financial Analysis & Adjustments, Investment Memorandum production and Teaser production;
• Target longlist creation, Decision makers identification and LOI reception & analysis;
• Dataroom creation & management, Memorandums support and Negotiation support;
• Develop and maintain process handbook and Proactively improve processes method and workflows.

Perfil ideal

• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc);
• 2(plus) of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, finance, audit, consulting, transaction services or similar;
• Proficiency in Exel and PowerPoint, solid command of IT and digital tools in general;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (French is a plus).
