Wyser is an international company among the top players in Search & Selection, specializing in middle-up management and Executive Search. Integrated into GI Group, a leading developer of the global labor market. Our client is a Multinational in Teleco's area. They are currently recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join their Finance & Administration department. Main Responsibilities:

Support decision-making, and ensure high quality and robust business cases complemented with clear and actionable recommendations;

Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of CapEx and OpEx, through a better understanding of the operations of the Company, the technology changes in the Teleco’s market and the competitive environment;

Prepare and analyse Budget and Forecasts, challenging business unit inputs and developing high-quality, ambitious but realistic financial plans based on in-depth business knowledge;

Identify and clarify the trends and seasonality of the business drivers;

Improve business strategy and operational efficiency with accurate reporting. Skills:

Masters in a numerical field, preferably in Management, Finance or Economics;

3 Years of previous experience in financial advice for decision-making in BIG4;

Experience in HR & Employment Costs (nice to have);

Very High analytical skills (particularly in numerical analysis);

Excellent knowledge of the business in technology terms;

Strong personality, capable of creating a positive impact, showing enthusiasm and commitment;

Ability to challenge and communicate clearly and assertively;

Excellent computer skills, in particular Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint; Fluency in English. If you are interested, please apply to this vacancy.
