Responsibilities
Requirement
- Lead the team to conduct market research, business/management performance review, financial modelling and valuation analysis of potential investment opportunities
- Communicate internally with other departments in DD and deal execution
- Responsible for preparing recommendation and investment memorandum to senior management
- Develop and maintain business channels to keep abreast of market intelligence and facilitate deal origination
- Establish and maintain a research system to monitor the market
- Review and manage business performance of company investments
- Undertake ad hoc research and analysis works from time to time
Requirement
- Degree or above in Finance, Medicle, Economics, Accounting or related discipline
- Solid investment analysis, financial modelling and valuation experience is a MUST
- 10 years of working experience with CFA/ HKIS/ RICS/ MBA/ CAIA Qualification
- Familiarity with China market and pharmaceutical industry are advantages
- Aim high with strong sense of commitment and accountability
- Effective communication, project management and time management skills are essential
- Fluent in Mandarin is a MUST
