DCH Investment Management is looking for a Manager to strengthen its Strategy & Business Development team.
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess new investment opportunities, including:
- market research;
- financial modelling and business valuation;
- investment case presentation
- Support M&A transactions, from origination through closing and post deal integration
- Participate in the group investment strategy development and oversight
- Advise portfolio companies on:
- strategy development
- business valuation
- evaluation of investment projects
- financial modelling
- Monitor and review the strategy implementation by portfolio companies
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of work experience with Big4 companies/ second tier audit firms/ investment banks;
- Strong financial modelling skills;
- Deep understanding of companies’ financial statements;
- Experience in business valuation;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Reporting skills (ability to present information in clear and concise manner, both in oral and written communication);
- Project management skills;
- Participation in international qualification programs, such as ACCA/CIMA/CFA is a plus.
