Group Treasurer

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group's liquidity and investment portfolio to optimize revenue growth
• Identify market trends and solicit new areas for growth and development
• Establish, monitor and control all trading activities in foreign exchange (spot/forward), money market (interest rate/derivatives) instruments with the objective of producing the optimum combination of profit to the Group and service to the customer
• Perform asset allocation and stock selection based on in-depth research & analysis
• Provide support in delivering quality dealing services
• Cultivate and maintain relationship with external business partners
• Perform financial modelling, summarize investment findings & execute investment decisions
• Ensure the treasury management policies and strategies are in compliance with regulatory requirements and Group policies in risk limits and audit requirements
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy/ Finance or other disciplines
• 8+ years' relevant experience in banking & finance
• CFA/ CFP qualification preferred
• Proven track record in achieving business results and familiar with HK/China financial market
• Sound knowledge of SFC regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory authorities with strong compliance sense
• Good connection & networking with strong market sense
• Strong analytical, problem solving & report writing skill
• Energetic, pro-active, self-driven, independent with agile and growth mind-set
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
