Fund Managers Assistant

The firm falls under the ownership of a much larger equities boutique, with a sterling reputation and long only focus on investment. The perfect candidate for this role will have a strong academic background and the ability to work independently within a small team. There is the potential for dealing responsibilities further down the line.

Job Description:

• Trade settlements and portfolio administration
• Regular fund valuation and monitoring ensuring no breaches have been made
• Supporting team members on investment projects, analytic reports, client presentations and more
• Ensure timely completion of corporate actions and proxy voting
• Checking of market values, performance statistics and client statements to ensure precision
• Trade settlements, stock reconciliations, monitor FX transactions and other portfolio administration roles
• Reviewing and monitoring NAV reports
• Cash management duties

Candidate Specification:

• 5 - 8 years' experience of Asset Management operations
• Graduate with strong degree pass
• IMC or CFA qualification desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly numerate with a keen eye for detail
