Our client is a successful boutique asset manager, with a strong global equities franchise. They are seeking a high calibre Equities Product Specialist. The role will act as an interface between their investment team and their distribution teams and clients.
Key responsibilities include promoting equity strategies internally and externally, playing a key role in client pitches, client reviews and prospect meetings to help with raising and retaining assets and communicating investment strategies being implemented by portfolio managers, maintaining a thorough knowledge of key competition, market trends and the competitive environment, building a good relationship with the sales and marketing teams, writing investment related content, reviewing and improving pitch material, marketing collateral and RFP's and attending conferences and events to raise the profile of the group.
The successful candidate will be CFA qualified, possess a strong equities investment background from either the buy or sell side, proven client facing experience, excellent verbal communication and writing skills, the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple deadlines and deliver results in a pressurised environment.
