Your key responsibilities
  • Identify market opportunities and develop structured investment solutions that cater to WM clients' needs
  • Prepare marketing presentations, provide investment advice and training to RM & IM and organize product campaigns & client events to drive the business delivery and meet revenue targets
  • Conduct product due diligence, review product documentation and manage full product life cycle
  • Trade execution of Structured Products and OTC Derivatives across multiple asset class in accurate and efficient manner with good judgement and market sense
  • Support and participate in projects such as meet regulatory requirements, enhance system and automation
  • Control and mitigate operational and regulatory risks in daily business activities


People management
  • Teamwork and cooperation across the bank required
  • Mentoring and coaching of junior team members


Your skills and experience
  • Solid market and product knowledge with relevant experience in Structured Credit & Rates is preferred
  • At least 6 years relevant experience in structuring/sales/trading Structured Products and Derivatives in global financial institutions
  • Bachelor or above Degree holder, preferably in Finance, Economics or related discipline
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
  • Strong technical skills and critical thinking capabilities required
  • Self-motivated and passionate about Private Banking business in Asia
  • CPWP and CFA holder preferred
