As the recruitment partners of Auxadi a leading firm in international accounting, tax compliance and payroll services management in Europe and Latin America we are currently recruiting a Manager due to an international expansion of Auxadi in Portugal.

Main Responsibilities

As Leader of a team you would have the following responsibilities:

• People:
• Lead your team
• Manage assignments to projects
• Attract, train, develop and motivate
• Act as main technical point of contact for your team
• Business Development:
• Grow client base negotiating proposals with our clients
• Promote cross selling (geographic and services) by providing a great service to clients assigned offering them services in other jurisdictions where we can help them
• Finance:
• Keep track on the KPIs of your projects: revenues, profitability margins (e.g., realization)
• Internal Processes:
• Drive automation in projects
• Provoke change to optimize projects

Profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or similar areas;
• Professional service firm experience of at least +5 years (Manager position);
• Deep accounting, tax technical knowledge in International and or Real Estate projects;
• Previous experience working with Navision;
• Advanced level of English;
• Great interpersonal and business development skills;
• Technology and process driven.
