Palisade Capital Management, LLC, a Fort Lee, New Jersey-based SEC registered investment adviser with over $3.5 billion of assets under management in discretionary separately managed accounts, onshore/offshore hedge funds, and sub-advised mutual funds, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join its client reporting and analytics team.

The Client Reporting and Analytics Associate is responsible for supporting the collection and/or production of data for the firm’s investment products and the production of portfolio and market-specific materials, including bespoke institutional client reporting and client presentations.  In addition, this individual will assist in the coordination of Palisade’s new business proposal process, including the completion of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).  This individual will collaborate with key stakeholders at Palisade Capital including investment teams, sales, risk, compliance, and senior management to help ensure the highest quality of service to our clients and prospects.  Lastly, the associate will have the opportunity to work with the performance analytics team to help ensure data integrity and assist in generating various performance and risk reports.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Support the production of client reporting and portfolio analytics ensuring the delivery of accurate materials within strict deadlines
  • Efficiently collect data from various internal groups and perform data integrity checks
  • Support the production of marketing materials for clients and prospects
  • Coordinate and prepare responses to ad hoc client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner while working with internal groups to obtain required data as appropriate
  • Prepare attribution, statistical, and analytical reports for clients and prospects on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Timely complete third-party financial and consultant databases
  • Overall responsibility for managing the RFP/RFI/DDQ process from initial draft to final submission
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts throughout the firm to draft responses to standard and customized questions
  • Maintain a database of standard RFP/RFI/DDQ responses
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting strict client deadlines
  • Build an in-depth understanding of the firm's product offerings and investment capabilities

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 2-4 years of experience in asset management with knowledge of equity and/or fixed income investments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong organization skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multitask within a dynamic and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • High attention to detail, outstanding accuracy, positive attitude, sense of urgency, and strong work ethic
  • Self-starter with proven initiative and ability to work independently and as part of a broader team
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Preferred:

  • 1-2 years of RFP/RFI/DDQ experience
  • Experience with FactSet and/or portfolio analytics systems
  • Experience in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
