Analyst, Consumer and Financial Institutions Group Investment

Bank of China Group Investment Limited (BOCGI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of China Company Limited since 1984. As the only professional investment company of the BOC based in Hong Kong, BOCGI has invested in a great number of large infrastructures and major projects in the Hong Kong and Macao areas, mainland China and Overseas, covering such sectors as real estate, industry, energy, transportation, media, hotels and finance. BOCGI clearly repositioned itself strategically, expanded new business fields, perfected risk control mechanism and optimized its investment structure. With its return on investment mounting year by year, it has become an effective means and important carrier of BOC in the sphere of investment banking focusing on the business of direct investment and asset management.

In order to cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for talented individual to join our professional team:

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conduct market research, due diligence, financial analysis on private equity investment
• Monitor existing investment portfolio and engage in post-investment management, including but not limited to attend meetings, financial modeling and prepare valuation report, etc
• Maintain and build good relationships with potential companies on new investment opportunities
• Provide administrative support to the business unit, such as annual valuation process and data analysis, etc
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above with major in Finance, Economics or any other related disciplines
• Professional qualification of CFA is highly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience gained from Private Equity firm, Investment bank, Big 4 or Consulting firm
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and networking skills
• Self-motivated, able to work multi-task and willing to learn
• Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills - Chinese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
