Position Description:

PIMCO is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support our Content Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be a digitally-savvy self-starter with strong project management skills and a keen attention to detail. This individual will partner with marketing managers, digital teams, writers, designers and project stakeholders to execute and maintain a range of marketing deliverables, including digital assets and platform-specific content. This position will be located in either PIMCO's downtown Austin, TX office or Newport Beach, CA office, though consideration will be given to candidates interested in our New York location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide project management support for assigned brand/content marketing programs and associated assets
• Interface with internal stakeholders and compliance as well as all marketing departments (brand, digital, editorial, design, product marketing, channel and messaging & content) to secure approvals and see projects though to completion
• Gather and analyze metrics for marketing-related activities and prepare reports for key stakeholders
• Coordinate closely with global colleagues and resources to ensure strict adherence to PIMCO's brand standards and to harness best practices across geographies and business channels
• Focus on quality control and quality process implementation

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years of professional work experience, ideally within the financial services industry
• Familiarity with or long-term career interest in the Marketing function
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, including a demonstrated ability to work under deadline pressure and manage complex, multi-faceted initiatives
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and business demands
• Independent problem-solving skills
• Ability to apply analytical skills to measure success
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with MS Office suite; Slack, Box, social media
