PrivatBank is the largest commercial bank in Ukraine (20% market share in 2018). The Bank was founded in 1992. According to National Bank of Ukraine classification, PrivatBank is one of the three system-forming banks of Ukraine.
The function of monitoring the activities of Privatbank is assigned to the Supervisory Board. The Supervisory Board is responsible for overseeing Privatbank`s strategy agreed with the Ministry of Finance as the representative of the company’s ultimate owners.
