Analyst Roles & Responsibilities

Craig-Hallum is looking for enthusiastic candidates who have a strong desire to continue to learn and improve their skillset while working alongside senior bankers.

Typical Analyst Responsibilities include:

- Participate in all aspects of a transaction, from pitch through final close

- Financial modeling for new and potential investment banking clients

- Preparation of marketing materials and other transaction documents

- Coordination of deal processes

- Conducting research on companies and industries to facilitate the creation of marketing materials

- Interaction with owners, management, lawyers, accountants, and other key stakeholders

- Ad hoc analyses from both clients and senior bankers

Analyst Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree

- Minimum 1 year of M&A investment banking experience

- Working knowledge and comfort with Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong writing skills

- Resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity

- Creative and strategic thinking skills

- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously
