MRP was founded by Chad J. Larsen with the goal of helping people preserve their wealth and pursue their vision of a successful retirement. He believed that a retirement plan often serves as an effective vehicle for building and preserving assets. As a result, he created a firm dedicated to helping employers implement and manage retirement plans that benefit both the employer and employees.

Over the past decade, our firm has grown from a one-man practice to an extensive team of dedicated professionals that work with over 200 plans and advise over $3.5 billion in plan assets. While MRP has evolved over the years, our commitment to our clients and our goal to offer the highest level of service remains unchanged.

Today, we provide proactive, comprehensive investment and retirement plan consulting services to corporations, governmental entities, and nonprofit organizations, with plans between $1 million and $1.5 billion. Our success in helping clients improve their retirement plan programs has been recognized by a number of publications and national industry conferences.
