We Offer
  • You a role where you act as product owner and/or product owner's representative in agile sprints. This role is specific to onboarding daily and monthly exposure data of PB legal entities from all divisions onto the central infrastructure in Zurich so Identifying business requirements from key business partners and documenting these into business rules.
  • Conducting deep dive analyses, data profiling & data transformation rules and proposing responses
  • Working in partnership with key interfaces and programs to define business solutions and developing functional specifications that deliver requirements
  • Performing business validation and user acceptance testing activity, while working closely with local CRM and RFDAR organizations.
  • Responsibility for timely resolution of ongoing regulatory and industry group outcomes and other events on business requirements.
  • Provide partners with transparency on all risk-related matters and ensure timely assessment and issue raising
  • Successful delivery of the BCBS 239 compliant data sourcing and reporting solution for PB Credit Risk, as sponsored by the overall BCBS 239 program.
The role specifically involves:
  • Close engagement with Credit Risk, CRO Change and RFDAR function to define their requirements and represent them in the delivery of their reporting infrastructure utilizing existing and future components of the IT architecture including risk data sourcing, aggregation, consolidation, reporting, visualization and workflow components.
  • You ensure that the business requirements are defined in line with the CRO target operating model and addressing existing issues and gaps against applicable regulatory requirements, and in compliance with internal policies and procedures
  • Preparation of requirements specifications, business rules, business presentations, report mock-ups, data mapping, testing and training documentation review of developed user stories
  • Syndication of documentation to all meaningful partners and achieving approvals
  • Impact analysis of changes to systems and process, as well as changes to scope
  • Pragmatic approach to dynamic changes and you understand to prioritize without compromise of quality


You Offer
  • Minimum university degree, ideally postgraduate or relevant professional qualifications.
  • Recognized relevant professional qualification (e.g. Prince 2, PMI, ACA, CIMA, CFA, MBA, CA, risk certification).
  • Good understanding of Credit Risk discipline from reporting processes and workflows perspective with direct experience in credit risk system implementations
  • 3-5 years business requirements and process analysis and change experience in a similar role within a large financial institution
  • Proficient understanding of front to back systems, data, calculations, processes and current regulatory regimes and requirements within risk functions of International Banks and Wealth Management Organizations with specific experience in one of the following in the Credit Risk domain: Swiss Bank, Private Bank, Corporate and Commercial Bank, Investment Bank environment
  • SQL skills
  • Significant experience of embedding new risk management systems in a complex organizations
  • Solid understanding of Regulator delivery programs in Risk functions
  • Track record of sourcing and defining clear and comprehensive requirements, as well as experience in designing operating models, processes and control functions
  • Are you fluent in English? And are you able to communicate with internal and external partners of the role on all levels. German is a plus
  • You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive personality and can-do attitude
  • Reliable, analytical and flexible personality with a structured and analytical approach
  • Pragmatic, "can-do" attitude and ability to work independently under tight timelines and cost constraints
