Responsibilities
  • Supervise House Sales function driving the business performance and monitoring the risk and internal control
  • Establish business plans and procedures to support the business strategy of the Group
  • Develop and implement the business development strategy for acquisition of new customers to expand the existing client base
  • Lead the business development in global stock markets
  • Launch local and overseas marketing / promotion campaign for successful client conversion
  • Promote brand name and increase public awareness of the firm
  • Review the operational procedures to improve the overall efficiency and service quality

Requirements
  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline, professional qualifications such as CFA are preferred
  • Holder of SFC license for Types 1 and 2 regulated activity or passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 and 9 or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 8 years of securities / brokerage experience serving for house sales position preferably in sizable financial institutions with in-depth securities and financial investment products knowledge (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Vice President)
  • Proven track record in securities business development in Hong Kong and global securities markets is preferred
  • Solid knowledge of SFC rules and guidelines and local regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
