Securities Brokerage - Senior Vice President / Vice President (House Sales)

Responsibilities

Supervise House Sales function driving the business performance and monitoring the risk and internal control
Establish business plans and procedures to support the business strategy of the Group
Develop and implement the business development strategy for acquisition of new customers to expand the existing client base
Lead the business development in global stock markets
Launch local and overseas marketing / promotion campaign for successful client conversion
Promote brand name and increase public awareness of the firm
Review the operational procedures to improve the overall efficiency and service quality

Requirements

University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related discipline, professional qualifications such as CFA are preferred
Holder of SFC license for Types 1 and 2 regulated activity or passes in HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7, 8 and 9 or equivalent required
Minimum of 8 years of securities / brokerage experience serving for house sales position preferably in sizable financial institutions with in-depth securities and financial investment products knowledge (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Vice President)
Proven track record in securities business development in Hong Kong and global securities markets is preferred
Solid knowledge of SFC rules and guidelines and local regulatory requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
