Associate: Investment Banking, Venture Technology Incubator

This person will work with the head of the Incubator on analysis and advisory services to several dozen high-tech start-up companies.

Specific requirements would include:

- in-depth valuations and financial analysis of growth stage technology companies, including rigorous and critical analysis of growth prospects and potential for success

- partnering with start-up teams and offering advisory services on financial matters

- working with counterparts within the bank on funding requirements or investment into selected companies emerging from the incubator program

- other ad hoc duties as required

This person should have:

- 5-7 years of experience in Big4 OR 2-3 years in investment banking; however individual should have experience on valuation and analysis of start-up or growth stage firms

- professional qualification such as CFA or CPA would be looked kindly upon

- Fluency in Mandarin and English, additionally Cantonese proficiency is preferred

- intense personal interest in high-tech and partnering with growth stage organizations
