Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Investment Counselors
- Liaise with other capital markets specialists who serve the self-directed investment needs of CPB clients
- Assist clients and Private Bankers in capital markets investments and related risk management
- Origination and distribution of capital markets investment ideas and strategies to clients and Private Bankers
- Identify and define client target market, promoting counseling (advisory and managed investments services) to meet client investment needs/objectives
- Partner with private bankers in client calls to promote investments products on our investment platform
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Good degree from a recognized university
- CFA will be an added advantage
- At least 10 years of relevant sales/trading experience in one or more assets classes: FX, Equities, Fixed Income and associated derivatives markets
- Strong leadership skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and marketing skills
