Responsibilities:
Requirements:

- Assist in the screen, pitching and execution of the fund's private equity investments and strategic investments
- Perform investment analysis on investment target, including industry/market analysis, financial analysis, valuation and modelling (DCF analysis, LBO analysis)
- Conducting comprehensive due diligence on investment target
- Participating in transaction structuring and assisting in negotiation of investment terms
- Preparing presentations of investment proposal to senior management and investment committee
- Handling ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and above major in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines
- Holder of CPA or CFA qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in private equity / direct investment, preferable with investment experience in Technology or Consumer or Healthcare or Culture and Entertainment industries
- Strong Equity Research employment experience covering Technology or Consumer or Healthcare or Culture and Entertainment sector will also be considered
- Confident, client facing, independent, reliable, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision and good a team player
- Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
