Investment Banking Analyst/Associate

Doyen Advisory is a startup boutique investment advisory firm, focused on M&A advisory, structured debt advisory and private equity / venture capital advisory. We work across sectors and have relationships with corporates, VC/PE funds in India and the global level.

The candidate will work as an analyst/ associate with advisory focus and deal making

·         Preparation of investment banking collaterals such as information memorandum, business plan, valuation analysis; industry research; management presentations, landscaping etc

·         Coordination with client on due diligence aspects and data gathering aspects

·         Analyst/Associate to interact with clients, lawyers, diligence teams, investors, PE/VC funds, etc                     

·         Requirement would be a CA inter / CA final / CFA / MBA with 0-4 years experience

·         Job location: Chennai

·         Candidates currently located in Chennai would be preferred

·         The candidate would be in Chennai, but with a work from home option initially

·         The role would be in a startup form of environment. Candidate should be self-starting, and able to work independently

·         Client exposure would be significant
