Investment Analyst - Infrastructure

Our client is a leading funds management business which currently has an exciting opportunity in their Infrastructure investment team. This role will see you report to the Investment Director and support the broader team, by analysing investment proposals, assisting with portfolio management and preparing performance reporting.

You will be required to assist with the preparation and evaluation of investment proposals and assist with transactional due diligence and undertake financial analysis and modelling. You will need to be capable of reviewing, manipulating and running numerous scenarios in financial models.

Additionally, you will be required to undertake market and sector and support the quarterly valuation and reporting process.

The ideal candidate will have 2- 4 years' experience in infrastructure investment analysis and have experience in either project or corporate finance, funds management or investment banking. Strong analytical ability, excellent written and verbal communications skills along with highly developed Excel skills will be critical to your success.

 
You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant Finance, Economics, Engineering or Commerce degree and post graduate studies (CFA/CA/CPA) will be highly desirable.
