Internal Audit Manager role with excellent credit audit exposure

Our client is a sizeable Chinese bank locates in Hong Kong, this bank is famous for its development of innovative and highly effective services. With demand increasing, it is seeking to expand and grow a team of intelligent people who have experience in handling internal audit matters.

Your new role
You'll manage a qualified team of Internal Audit with varying levels of experience. You'll be the key point of contact for your stakeholder. Reviewing and coordinating the workload across your team will be a constant in this position, as well as your ability to lead, develop and mentor a team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree holder in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' internal audit / credit risk management experience with at least 4 years in supervisory role in banking sector, previous exposure in wholesale credit analysis or credit audits will be an advantage.
• Relevant professional qualifications as CPA, CIA, ACAMS/AAMLP, FRM and CFA will be an advantage.
• Decisive and determined to make recommendations with sound reasoning and judgment.
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
