AVP, Corporate Finance

The Role

Reporting to the Director and working in a team, you will be responsible for building investment

valuation models, perform valuation of derivative instruments such as options and swaps, collate and analyze data, make internal and external presentations, support due diligence teams, understand the important drivers of value creation in relevant investments and participate in a team to deliver value to clients and investors. You will receive significant international exposure working with a diverse set of projects, partners, public and private stakeholders and clients. You will play an important role in providing rigorous and robust financial and economic analysis and solutions.

Your Profile

To qualify for this role, you must be a CFA and have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance//Economics with minimum 7 years of relevant corporate finance experience. It is essential to have a commercial and international mindset with an executive presence and enjoy working with diverse teams.
