Business Development

HIA is a Boutique independently owned investment advisor based in Boise, Idaho.  Harmonic leverages our 25+ years of proprietary research and experience to create long-only US equity and fixed income portfolios for a select group of institutional, non profit, and high net worth clients.  We are seeking an individual to conduct business development for our non profit and high net worth strategies.  This individual must have obtained a Bachelors degree in either finance or marketing and have some experience with client solicitation.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• High Net Worth and non profit prospecting directly to individuals and non profit stakeholders.
• Development of referral relationships with other local professionals, i.e. CPAs and estate Attorneys.
• Updating of website and prospecting materials.
• Maintenance of institutional databases utilized by consultants.
• Participate in economic, industry, and specific company analysis.

This position provides the opportunity to participate in the growth of the firm through potential ownership.

The principal of this firm was a member of senior management at ICM Asset Management while the firm grew AUM from $187mm to $2.3b.
