Client Adviser

Overview of Role

We are seeking a passionate Client Adviser to complement our APAC desk. In this role you are a reliable and experienced partner, working in a dynamic team based in Zurich.

Responsibilities

• Create new and develop existing long-term client relationships within APAC region  
• Target portfolio size EUR 5m minimum size
• Ability to formulate and execute on a 3-5 year business plan, identify business opportunities and make informed decisions based on accurate risk assessment
• Ability to properly position and sell the Rothschild brand name
• Ability to provide strong financial and statistical analysis​

Experience, Skills and Competencies Required

• Experience of 10-15 years in Private Banking in a client facing role
• Proved personal network within HNWI/UHNWI within APAC
• Extended knowledge of industry products and services
• Experience in structuring and managing portfolios across all asset classes
• High sense of responsibility, personal engagement/initiative, pronounced entrepreneurial attitude, high social competence, proactive, person of integrity
• Awareness and knowledge of compliance, legal and regulatory practice in the relevant markets
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills in English, German is an asset
• University degree in finance, banking or economics. PhD or CFA is an advantage
• Person of integrity, high sense of responsibility, personal engagement/initiative, pronounced entrepreneurial attitude, seeking continuous improvement
• Awareness of potential risks (internal and external)
• Flexibility, curiosity, “can do” attitude, high social competence
