Investment Analyst

Company Description

Our client, an expanding multi-family office, is seeking an Investment Analyst. Reporting to Investment Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for conducting fundamental research on companies, with a focus on global TMT sector.

Responsibilities

• Research work includes company visits, maintenance of detailed models, writing internal notes, stock grading and making recommendations to fund managers
• Communicate stock ideas and market views to fund managers via written work and internatl investment meetings
• Participate in daily conference calls / meetings and ad hoc contact with investors

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in analyzing companies, either buy or sell-side. Prior experience in TMT sector is required
• Possess technical skills, i.e. university degree Finance / Accounting, CFA, MBA or similar qualification and strong grounding in use of these techniques on the job
• Believer in merits of fundamental research
• Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Should have worked in a multinational company and be independent
