as a Full-Time Treasury Manager in our Head Office
The Treasury Manager reports to the Director, Finance and provides primary oversite for Kindred’s Treasury office ensuring Kindred is able to manage cash-flows, and monitor/forecast the pace of on-book loan and deposit growth resulting in optimized growth, capital formation, and Net Financial Margin. This will be accomplished through primary oversight of Kindred’s Asset Liability Management Program, leadership of an effective liquidity/cash management program, oversight and development of Kindred wholesale funding activities as well as foreign exchange program, and management of the Broker deposit program.

As the ideal candidate you have a passion for analyzing numbers. You are able to then take that analysis, create reports, and confidently present findings to business partners enabling them to make informed decisions. You are someone with strong knowledge of the financial services industry and portfolio, and risk management principles along with a strong grasp on asset liability management practices. You also bring an active commitment to Kindred’s shared values and purpose.
Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:
- University degree
- CPA or CFA designation
- 5 years financial accounting experience preferably with a treasury background
- Credit Union experience an asset
