We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Performance Analyst .
Principal responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert on performance calculations, attribution and analytics
- Prepare peer and competitor analysis
- Analyze and interpret investment-related data to support operational capabilities
- Develop and maintain procedures relative to tasks and deliverables
- Strive to enhance data quality, and develop reporting tools and systems
- Provide support to Global Investment Performance Standards compliance initiatives
- Participate or lead projects and other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements
- Degree level on Finance, Statistics, or equivalent
- Advanced knowledge on performance measurement and attribution in Balanced, Equity and Fixed income model
- Extensive knowledge of information system providers such as Bloomberg, Lipper, Morningstar, FactSet, BiSam and Barclays Point
- Advanced Excel skill including VBA Macro, SQL
- Professional designation CFA Charter, CIPM or FRM Certified are advantageous.
- Proven experience working in an Asset Management environment
- Excellent communication skills
