The Client Strategies Group is responsible for leading the firm in ensuring our clients are on track to meet their financial goals. As part of the client team, the Client Consultation Group provides tailored financial strategies to high net worth clients by partnering with our branch teams to review and analyze complex client needs and goals.
The Leader of the Client Consultation Group is a player/coach responsible for leading a team that works with branch teams and high net worth clients on complex planning cases. The role is responsible for supporting the development and leading the integration of the firm's high net worth strategy, and for collaborating and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and teams in Canada and the United States:
  Qualifications Required in the Job:
 
 
     * Professional designation required in one or more of the following: CFP/CLU/CPA/JD/CFA
     * Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience and 3+ years of previous people leadership experience
     * Financial services industry experience is preferred.
     * Must be able to create and deliver professional presentations to senior audiences internally and externally, and be able to provide understandable answers to complex questions
     * Must have outstanding written and verbal communiation skills.
     * Ability to write about complex topics that provide educational information to clients and FAs.
     * Possess strong personal initiative and interpersonal skills.
     * Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
