B&I Capital is a boutique listed Real Estate Fund Manager with offices in the heart of Zurich and Singapore. We are looking for an ambitious and independent individual with entrepreneurial flair and strong interest in financial markets to support our Team in project work via an Internship in Fund Management.
Your Initial Role:
Supporting our ESG project.We are implementing ESG in our investment process and at the company level.This will involve liasing with the Singapore office, surveying the market, and our holdings
Over all support where needed on an adhoc basis (preparation of marketing material and presentations, IT/website, legal/compliance, etcetra)
You receive the opportunity to gain valuable insight into how a successful Alternative Hedge Fund is run and into RealEstate and REITs ,the largest global asset class.For the right candidate, the internship can be turned into a long term position within the firm.
Requirements:
You are a recent University graduate (or close to graduation)with a Master‘sd egree in economics, business administration or business information technology
Some work experience, preferably in finance or banking
Strong analytical and finance skills
Fluency in German and English.(Further languages are a plus)
Good communication and presentation skills
Extensive knowledge of MS office application tools.Strong interest in IT is a plus.
A sense of humour and the motivation to take up new challenges and work in a small dynamic team
