Job Details
Key responsibilities:
- Will be involved in end-to-end Startup investment process
- Responsible for deal sourcing, evaluation, industry/sector research including competitive landscape, preparing financial model, writing report on Startups with recommendation, etc.
- Closely involved during the entire due diligence process and deal closure
- Tracking performance of portfolio companies post-investment
Professional Qualification:
- 1 to 2 years of prior work experience with Venture Capital/ Angel Network/ Investment Bank/ Incubator or Accelerator
- CFA/ MBA (Finance)/ CA/ MSc Finance + Graduate degree
- Excellent in MS office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
