Our client is one of the major players in the European private market industry, with considerable AUM and a fantastic reputation. They have been building out their Luxembourg office and are now looking to add an experienced Valuations Director to the team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Computation of fund performance KPIs and valuation calculations, in connection with the Fund Administration team
• Collection of any relevant financial item from the portfolio companies. This reporting covers both each investment and the entire portfolio of the relevant fund
• Organisation of the Monitoring Committee of each fund reviewing actual financial performance of portfolio companies, in relation with the investment teams
• Be the point of contact with the external and internal auditors and identify, recommend and implement enhancement process improvements

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experienced valuations professional
• Enjoy working with large and complex sets of data
• Ideally hold a ACA, CFA or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in French desirable but not essential
