Area Head of Mortgage Business

Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the Mortgage Sales Managers to promote mortgage and loans business, and cooperate with relevant units to conduct and develop mortgage business of First-hand properties
Responsible for coordination and job allocation of Mortgage Sales Managers
Formulate operation strategies and execution plans with the Management of different Areas and Districts, supervise the implementation plans and adjusts accordingly to ensure the achievement of overall strategic targets, in accordance with the mortgage and loans business development direction
Ensure all of the business and operations are conducted within the preset risk management framework, especially the safekeeping of sensitive and confidential data

Requirements

Degree holder or above, with major in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management etc. an advantage
7-10 years or above relevant experience; with personal banking and administration experience preferred
5-7 or above working experience in financial institutions, minimum 3 years or above commercial management experience, and project planning and relevant management experience preferred
Qualifications in IIQE (general insurance)
With CFA / CFP / CFMP or other financial or life-insurance related international qualification preferable
Familiar with Information Technology, Operational Research 、Statistical Science、Information Technology and Applications, MS office applications, Chinese and English input
Excellent writing and reporting skills; fluent in Chinese, English and Putonghua
Well knowledge and experience in banking operations and processing improvement
Extensive knowledge in local regulatory requirements, industry practice and risk management, rules- and principals-based of marketing and trends
Familiar with commercial operations and marketing knowledge
Experience in project management、product development and business strategy is highly preferable
