Position: M&A Analyst

We are currently seeking a M&A Analyst, responsible for supporting the Company’s cross-border transactions with Turkey specifically, and Europe in general.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4-6 years of relevant experience;
• Post graduate degree in finance from top-tier university;
• Excellent command of English and Turkish, another European language will also be preferred;
• Knowledge of Leveraged Buyouts, Valuations, Deal Structuring and Deal Process Management,
• Knowledge of the major Turkish companies and in depth understanding of the Turkish economy and socio-political dynamics.

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outgoing and confident;
• Working knowledge of deal structuring, valuation methodologies, deal process management; and
• Research abilities, especially in understanding industries, sectors, companies, market events.
