Senior Liquidity Reporting Manager (Ref: SLRM-00-Efin)

Develop liquidity risk (including LCR, NSFR, Intra-day liquidity, Liquidity stress-test and Liquidity monitoring tools) reporting framework. Review and monitor liquidity regulatory reporting while interpreting Liquidity regulatory requirements. Review and develop relevant liquidity contingency plans. Formulate policies and procedures to meet with authority's requirements (HKMA & CBRC) covering. Liaise with the Group to report its liquidity risk. Lead subordinates to integrate liquidity risk information from the bank group's subsidiaries to produce reports on a consolidated basis. Assess the regulatory reporting impact of new products. Provide information and documentation to internal and external audit requests. Handle inquiries from regulators including the HKMA / CBRC, liaise with all internal and external stakeholders to prepare the responses. Participate in the system migration and UAT for liquidity risk reporting with end-to-end project implementation. Guide subordinates to prepare monthly MIS reports and reporting package to senior management or Risk Committees.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management or relevant disciplines with minimum 8 years relevant experience in authorised institutions incorporated in HK; preferably with professional qualification in ACCA / CPA / FRM / CFA candidate is preferred;
  • Candidate with project experience, strong analytical mindset and report writing skills;
  • Good knowledge in HKMA and CBRC regulatory requirements;
  • Thorough understanding of Banking (Liquidity) Rules, Banking (Disclosure) Rules, LM-1, Liquidity reporting process and related policies;
  • Substantial knowledge in latest Basel requirements;
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferable;
  • Proficient in using Excel and other database management software skills;
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic industry;
  • Adaptable and able to work well in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

(Candidate with less experience will be considered as Liquidity Reporting Manager.)
