We offer:
- Responsible for the gathering of business requirements, documentation of business requirements including putting forward recommendations for solutions, where required
- Extensive interactions with Business and IT counterparts to understand high level business requirements, engage / drive the design approach and syndication by, for instance, effectively run regular working group meeting and workshop
- Driving business change readiness activities and liaison with business users for acceptance of deliverables
- Understand the overall objectives and architectural aspects of the program and to ensure convergence of the project outcome / design to defined objectives
- Preparation of functional specifications and use cases for the delivery of the business requirements
- Liaison with business users for executing the “User Acceptance Test” and securing sign-off
- Support project manager on project management activities e.g. prepare and present status update, manage scope deliverables and change requests
You offer:
- A university degree (Bachelor or Master) preferably in business administration or Finance
- 10+ years of experience in Consulting/Project Management
- Advanced knowledge and experience as project manager, and strong problem-solving capabilities
- Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills
- Experience in business analysis practices such as requirements engineering, modelling business processes, use cases and test case analysis
- Good understanding of accounting or financial / regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and highly client oriented attitude
- Self-motivation, proactive, flexibility and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures in a global environment
- Solid MS-Office knowledge
- An open, communicative personality with a very good command of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
- A winning and open personality with excellent interpersonal skills combined with an outstanding ability to communicate
- Personal integrity, with the initiative and the ability to work as part of a team in an environment that demands excellence, time and energy
