This position will assist the Director, Deputy Director, and senior investment staff in the review of Fund, asset class, composite performance, and attribution of returns. The prospective candidate will be responsible for developing and preparing comprehensive performance reports and compare returns versus appropriate market, benchmark, and peer returns, including attribution; analyzing drivers of absolute and relative investment performance, performance attribution, and portfolio characteristics, as well as portfolio strategies; providing updated portfolio, asset class, and composite accounting as well as analytics reports, as needed; developing and implementing standardized and customized performance metrics to evaluate portfolio, asset class, and composite returns; interacting with internal portfolio managers, custodian bank performance analysts, and external investment advisers and consultants as part of the ongoing process of accumulating and evaluating investment returns; establishing, implementing, and monitoring formalized audit trail for reconciliation and validation of performance returns; and performing ad-hoc jobs and projects, as needed.

A strong understanding of performance calculation and attribution methodologies, strong computer skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint), as well as solid writing, communication, and presentation skills is required.  Additionally, experience working with various investment applications including trade order management systems, portfolio management, compliance, risk reporting systems, and performance attribution systems is desired as well as experience working with Investment Committees and Boards.
