Crake is looking to hire exceptional candidates who meet the following criteria:
- consistently excellent academics culminating in a good degree from a highly ranked university
- recent (no more than 2 years post) qualification as an ACA or CFA with pristine first time passes
- demonstrable enthusiasm for, and understanding of, equity markets and macro-economics
- a pragmatic applier of logic with a strong collaborative bias and a good sense of humour
