Analyst, Fixed Income Group

Responsibilities

Provide support to the generalist portfolio management team
Ad hoc and recurring research projects and analytical work as directed
Conduct statistical analysis
Assemble and review data; generate charts and graphs
Develop and coordinate presentation materials
Write commentary, reports, responses, summaries, etc.
Portfolio monitoring and reporting

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field with demonstrated academic achievement; CFA or MBA a plus
Strong understanding of economics, economic data, and financial markets
Excellent financial, mathematical and statistical skills
Strong writing and communication skills; able to work with individuals at all levels within the organization
Proficient with Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Bloomberg
Excellent work ethic

Desired Qualifications

Desired backgrounds include experience as an analyst on Wall Street, an investment banking/sales trading associate, or an analyst within a Fixed Income investment team
