  • The opportunity to become part of our highly motivated Analytics team at Credit Suisse Zurich focusing on building and driving new and state of the art technologies in various fields
  • An exciting role for you as Senior Project / Program Manager within our Chief Compliance & Regulatory Officer (CCRO) group and close collaboration with its Chief Operating Officer, Financial Crimes Compliance, IT and Operations teams as well as coordination with related organizations within our Bank
  • A key mandate within our ground breaking Data Analytics Team to lead and drive project progress and to deliver solutions for Credit Suisse which fulfill the regulatory anti-money laundering (AML) requirements set by regulators around the world
  • Responsibility for program reporting, tracking of progress, dependencies and financials
  • Ownership of project delivery planning and status updates when required
  • The chance to collaborate with senior partners and lead a group of work stream leads and establish a strong and sustainable network within the bank

You Offer
  • A University degree in Business Administration, Law, Technology & Science related fields or an equivalent education
  • At least 4-6 years of professional experience, ideally in the regulatory technologies or compliance domain within the financial industry
  • A proven and consistent track record as a senior project manager, research project delivery or start-up experience is a plus
  • Professional designations such as CFA or FRM are a plus
  • Business fluency in English is required, German is a strong asset
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to address diverse business partners including senior management
  • Validated experience as a strong, self-starting standout colleague and independent thinker, willing to cooperate in a highly collaborative environment and contribute to the team's success
  • Dedication to deliver high quality work within short timeframes and a high level of flexibility and the capabilities to work under pressure, handling multiple challenging priorities and assignments
