Vice President, Equity Research

Job Responsibilities

• To provide fundamental equity research on Chinese equities with a specific focus on financials, healthcare or consumer sectors
• To provide industry research and macro analysis of the above-mentioned industries
• Formulate and generate investment ideas with written research reports and internally derived financial models
• To provide sector recommendation on a timely basis
• Exchange of investment ideas with the CIO and other investment team's members

Requirements

• Degree holder in business/finance related disciplines. CFA is preferred.
• 8+ years research experience as a generalist or sector specialist from the buy side
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
• Strong communications skills and capability in synthesizing and presenting investment recommendations and research findings both verbally and in writing.
